Responsive design is not complete when a desktop layout fits on a smaller screen. The mobile experience needs its own reading order, priorities and interaction checks.
Test the first screen
- Can a visitor identify the offer
- Is the main heading readable without awkward wrapping
- Is the useful next action visible
- Does any animation delay understanding
Follow a real task
Choose one common customer goal and complete it using one hand. Notice unclear labels, repeated content, small controls and places where the keyboard or sticky elements cover important information.
Check the difficult states
Test slow loading, form errors, long service names and large accessibility text. A design that only works with ideal content and perfect connectivity is not finished.
